Motivation

Now that Matt and I have a tentative date for our wedding, it’s time to get to work. And by work I mean get the wedding body ready! I’m planning on doing 30 minutes of cardio each day and to do some toning exercises as well; crunches, push-ups, lunges, squats, etc. I’m ready for a change and I want to be able to look great in my wedding dress. But it’s not even able looking good, it’s about feeling good about myself. I’m ready for this change and I know that it’s going to take time to get the results that I want, but if I do this every day from now until my wedding, I think I will be very happy with the results. Looking at some of these motivational pictures/quotes helps get me motivated. #determined ;)
